Your order will be sent via Royal Mail Recorded Mail or via UPS Signed For service. Our postage charges are as follows:


UK (excluding Channel Islands) :

  • Standard Delivery Charges £4.95 (additional shipping charges apply for bulky items. This is clearly detailed in the product description).
  • Next Day Delivery £10.95* (bedding and school uniforms are not available for next day delivery)
  • Next Day Delivery orders need to be received by 11am. If you are placing your order after 11 am please call us on 0845 463 3835 to check if we are able to send your order.



Next Day Saturday Delivery:

We only offer standard delivery to the following destinations:

  • Channel Islands: £7.95
  • Europe: £10.95 (Duty and custom charges may apply)
  • USA & Canada: £15.95 (Duty and custom charges may apply)
  • Rest of the world: please contact us for a quote

Please note that we might not able to honour the shipment rates above for shipments being sent outside Mainland UK weighing 30kg or more. We can send freight quotes upon request. 


Please note that when shipping an order to an address different from your billing address we might decide to contact you or obtain information from third parties to verify your details. This is only to prevent your credit card and personal details from being used fraudulently.

Returns Policy

You can return unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) or if decide to exchange for a different item.

Please try underwear with another underwear on otherwise we will not be able to accept the return.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. 

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
