Placing an order:

To be fully eligible to purchase products from By Nature you must be over 18 and must provide us with your real name, phone number, credit card details, email address, billing and shipping addresses. Please note that when shipping an order to an address different from your billing address we might decide to contact you or obtain information from third parties to verify your details. This is only to prevent your credit card and personal details from being used fraudulently. An order is placed once you have pressed the "Order" button during the checkout process. At this time you enter a binding contract with By Nature. Once this contract takes effect you are bound to our Terms & Conditions. By Nature will acknowledge your order by sending you an email detailing the items your have purchased. Another email will be sent to you to confirm dispatch of your order. Your credit card is charged at the time of purchase.

Cancelling your order:

You can cancel your order at any point before it is being shipped. If your credit card has already been charged we will refund it fully within 28 days.If you decide to cancel your order after it has been shipped please make sure that you follow our return policy and obtain RA (Return Authorization) number. No returns will be accepted and no refund will be made without a valid RA number.We reserve the right to cancel your order if the item(s) you require become(s) unavailable, and/or if we are unable to obtain authorization for your payment, and/or if we suspect that you are not eligible and/or if we suspect the order is being placed fraudulusly.

Refunds:

For a full refund, items should be returned to us in their original packaging in resale condition. If an item is returned that we deem used/soiled or stained the item will be returned to yourself and no refund given.

It is your responsibility to make sure the items are returned to us and we cannot be held responsible if they get lost on the way (please refer to your chosen courier for loss claims). Also we will only refund return postage when the items are exchanged. 

Payments:

We accept payments by credit cards (Visa/MasterCard /Switch…), By Nature's vouchers and cheques.When paying by cheque please allow 7 days for the cheque to clear before your order is being shipped. We can only accept cheques in British Pounds Sterling drawn on UK bank accounts. All returned checks are subject to a £20.00 banking fee. All transactions will be shown in British Pounds Sterling. If buying from abroad please note that we cannot be held responsible for the exchange rate used by your credit card issuer.

Gifts Vouchers:

Gifts Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash. They can only be redeemed for products available from By Nature. They can only be redeemed once. Gifts Vouchers are valid for one year from date of issue. The expiry date is printed on each voucher.

Duties:

Please be aware that shipments dispatched outside the EEC might be subject to customs and import duties. It is your responsibility to check those duties beforehand with your local authorities and to pay them. Customs and import duties are not included in our prices so please make sure you account for them when placing your order.

Legal:

The use of By Nature's website and of our terms & conditions are governed by English law land you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English court.
